It's really interesting how compensation plan's work. All of them sound good during the presentation and of course they would. The guy giving you the presentation has been snowed too. Not saying that they are all bad but there is a broad spectrum from plans that completely DO NOT work and those that are awesome.
This blog is all about setting you up to be successful in any multi level marketing business opportunity. Feel free to comment on posts and interject your own ideas. Ask questions and interact with us about this great way to earn a living from home.

Valarie and I have been very lucky with the company that we joined and the people that we deal with on a daily basis. We have learned quite a bit over the years and have had some outstanding mentors that have guided us, and continue to guide us on the path to success.
We are committed to the success of those that we call friends and team members. In order to be successful in this business, you must have mentors to guide you and a duplicatable system for your people to use, to make them successful.
We have been in many other companies, most without systems and really any kind of support. When those things are there, nothing is impossible and Network Marketing becomes fun. Yes, I said it Network Marketing can be fun.
The key though is to be educated. Once you understand what is going on in this business it's a lot easier to stay away from the pitfalls and cruise through building your business.
Most people think that they already know what's out there, but I'm telling you so did we and we were wrong. Dead wrong.
You will be amazed how different things look when you're educated. All you have to do to start your education is read a free E-book. The choice is yours, you can continue in the same path you're going now, or you can read the book and start making real progress toward your goals.
